Chinese Money plants are safe houseplants if you have cats or dogs. They are easy to care for! You can place them in bright but not indirect light. I typically put them near the window but not genuinely facing them. Water this plant every week or two. Remember to rotate it 180 degrees so it can grow symmetrically.

Calathea Rattlesnake is one of the best plants for beginners because it's very forgiving. I like this one because the leaves are wavy and curvy. It looks like kelp but is more solid. Calathea Rattlesnake has dark purple on the bottom and a dark green spot on the top.

Hoya carnosa is also known as a non-toxic vining succulent. This plant stands out because of one characteristic: its waxy leaves, which smell like sweet flowers. Although hoya plants aren't toxic, ingesting large amounts can cause mild gastrointestinal upset in cats and dogs. So, be careful!

Calathea Orbifolia is often placed in a bedroom where the natural light isn't that much because this houseplant can survive in low-light conditions. However, please regularly water this plant to keep it hydrated and healthy.
